Last month, we introduced our brand new Regional Reports, which for the first time showed new metrics such as the country benchmarking. This time, we went again a bit further and included two additional insights:

1. Engagement Rate change from the previous month

One of the most important sections of the Regional Reports, Average Post Engagement Rate, now shows not only the country’s ben­chmark, but also the change in Engagement Rate from the previous month. That way, you can see whether there was an increase or decline in the brand’s performance in last 30 days.

2. Top content posted in your country

Now, you can check out the top three most popular brands’ posts by the total number of interactions. Don’t forget to compare the engagement rate with your posts and get inspired before the year’s end!

Data Range: November 1, 2012 to November 30, 2012

Engagement Rate: Calculated as the average number of likes, comments and shares per post on a given day, divided by the total number of Fans for the page. It reflects the percentage of your Fan base that interacts on average with your post.

Response Time: The average time that it takes for the company to respond the user wall posts.

Response Rate: The percentage of user wall posts that get responded by the company.
