Socialbakers Page Analytics analyzes engagement on any Facebook Page.

As one of our key metrics in Socialbakers Page Analytics we use a benchmark called Engagement Rate. This indicator gives you an idea of how engaging your Wall posts are.

Engagement Rate reflects percentage of your fans that you have attracted and made them engage (like or comment) with your Wall Post.

How does Engagement Rate work?

We measure Engagement Rate for every single page that is being monitored in our Socialbakers Page Analytics. In order to be able to compare your Engagement Rate with others, we decided to find out the average values of Engagement Rate on all measured Facebook Pages.

We’ve divided Facebook Pages into different categories based on their total number of fans and to these Pages we measured the average Engagement Rate. You can see the results in the following table:

These numbers represent the average Engagement Rate of Facebook Pages measured in our Socialbakers Page Analytics (sample of more than 9000 Facebook Pa­ges).
