  • About Pete Mitchell

    Originally hailing from Manchester (go City!), Pete Mitchell is a Digital Media expert with over 25 years of experience working across four continents. He has worked with brands like J&J and Coke as APAC Digital Strategy Director for IPG Mediabrands. From 2009 to 2012, Pete was Regional Strategic Lead for neo@Ogilvy in Singapore, where he worked with panelmate Chris Reiterman helping clients like SAP and American Express run campaigns across APAC and South Asia. After a sojourn in Chicago as Global Digital Media lead for BP/Castrol at Mindshare, Pete returned to Asia in January to lead Mondelez International’s Global Media Team as Director of Global Media Innovation. Pete is an avid scuba diver; talk to him about fishes or golf balls.

  • About Chris Reitermann

    Chris is an APAC influencer who has been with the Ogilvy Group for eighteen years, during which time he has worked in London and Taiwan, and established Ogilvy Interactive in Beijing. He led that group to China's first Cannes Lion and APAC Digital Agency of the Year award.

    In 2009, he took on the additional role of managing the Ogilvy & Mather Group in Shanghai. In 2012, he was promoted to oversee Ogilvy & Mather Advertising in Asia Pacific.

    His latest venture is a product and brand innovation agency called K1ND (pronounced OneKind) in Singapore and China. K1ND combines brand knowledge and technology to innovate and connect products and services for clients.

    A specialist in online strategy creation and development, Matthijs has been with L’Oreal for almost 8 years. Though he is now the Global Head of Digital for Maybelline New York and a proud employee of the world’s #1 Cosmetics brand, Matthijs was once a long-time sports journalist for the Netherland’s best regional newspapers. He is a long-distance runner and a film buff.

    Amy Brix is a dynamic, hands-on marketer who understands that social business is thriving business. As TUI’s European E-commerce Executive, Amy assesses, defines, and delivers online strategies for 11 source markets.     Sezin is the Social Platforms Business Development and Marketing Manager at Garanti Bank. She started her career at Garanti Bank in 2007. Prior to joining the Social Platforms Team at Garanti, she worked in Customer Experience and Product Management. She and her team are responsible for developing the social media strategies and operations, including content management, customer care, and lead generation. She is an enthusiastic social geek and loves social business, and enjoys scuba diving and wind surfing in her free time.

    As a marketing professional with over 25 years in Client and Agency management roles, Rod has brought significant value to a range of companies over his 16 years in Asia including Grey Direct InterActive in Malaysia, an independent RM agency in New Zealand, and Proximity - the data, digital, and direct arm of BBDO - in Singapore. Rod currently heads up Lenovo’s Digital and Social Media Centre of Excellence in Singapore where he is responsible for Social Media Marketing, globally. Clients range from British American Tobacco, Shell, Tiger Beer, Oracle, Visa, Citibank, and HP. Additionally, Rod is recognised by the CMO Council as one of the Top 20 Digital Marketers in 2013.

    A former copywriter and creative director with many blockbuster projects; a digital immigrant who focuses on online & offline integration; an university lecturer of advertising and communication; the interactive MARCOM Manager of Turkish Airlines, who is responsible for social media, mobile platforms and interactive projects: Neset Dereli.

  • About Lionel Fumado

    Lionel is a French, Spanish, and English speaker with extensive experience in the Gaming industry and nine years experience in social community management. He originally worked for Orange from 2005 to 2007, returning in 2009 to manage the Blogger Relationship Program as well as fill other Community Management duties. He rose to Head of Social in January of this year. He currently manages all corporate pages, develops global social media projects, and set up social media governance and training for communicating with over 30 countries.
