At Socialbakers, we constantly map a new world of social marketing – marketing to communities through Facebook Pages. We would like to take this time to launch the first round of our Socialbakers Social Media Awards


How to enter? The funniest thing is, you don`t have to – we will take all pages that are in the Socialbakers top charts in the Top brands on Facebook, or Top media on Facebook, and we will be awarding the Top media companies, and Top brands on Facebook.

If you are not in those categories, and are a brand/media, contact us.

What will we be judging?

We will judge by a couple key factors, which are:

  1. Socialbakers Fan page score – the #1 indicator that joins all other KPIs. Well publish an article about the Socialbakers Fan Page score during next week.
  2. Best Fan engagement rate – Most engaging page
  3. Most talkative bran­ds – response rates on Wall posts
  4. Fastest responding brands – Based on average response times (page that responds wall posts the fastest)

We will be monitoring the time period over the course of the last couple months, the specific period of monitoring will be announced in the coming weeks!

What about the jury?

We have the most fair jury in the world who will be judging everything. If IBM Watson is beating the top champions of Jeopardy, why cant the Socialbakers Analytics engine rate companies for their Facebook presence? Yes, thats right - we will be judging robotically, so make sure you follow the top KPIs that Socialbakers Analytics offers, and we hope you did your homework.

We will be announcing winners in the following categories

  3. Automobile
  4. Alcohol
  5. Telecom
  6. Finance
  7. Retail
  8. Electronics
  9. TV
  10. Radio
  11. Web
