Can I upgrade my Suite plan?
You can upgrade your plan at any time by contacting our customer support or sales teams directly
within the product.
Do I have to sign a contract for a fixed period?
For the Essential package, you can choose either a monthly or an annual subscription plan. For the
Smart, Scale, and Integrated 360 plans, the contracts are annual.
Can I purchase Suite on a monthly subscription?
You can purchase the Essential plan on a monthly or an annual subscription.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Essential subscription plan at any time, though charges for the plan you
selected will still apply. You will have access to Socialbakers Suite for the remainder of your
billing cycle (monthly or annual). All of your monitored social media profiles and activities will
be saved for when you renew your subscription in the future.
How much of my historical social media data will I have access to when I start my subscription?
The initial historical data you have access to differs depending on your plan. In the Essential
plan, you have access to 3 months of historical data. In the Smart plan you have access to 12 months
of historical data, and in the Scale plan, you will have unlimited access to historical data for as
long as Socialbakers has been monitoring your social profile (up to 10 years).
