Senior HR Specialist

We are looking for a new colleague who would join our friendly and professional HR team in our cool industrial offices. We all work closely together and we take care of our unique and truly international environment. Currently we have around 400 employees and growing. The role is sitting in our HQ in Prague Karlin, but managing activities and cooperation across all continents.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Payroll Administration 

  • Preparing and updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
  • Administration of employment contracts and other HR documents
  • Preparing data for payroll and ensuring payroll is executed on time and full

HR On and Off Boarding

  • Fully in charge of on- and off- boarding actions and related admin as and end-to-end process

Policies and Procedures, Compliance

  • Owning and explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees, incl job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
  • Ensures any risk is mitigated and ensures full compliance

Manager support

  • First point of contact for counseling and coaching managers in people related matters
  • Addressing any employment relations issues and finding the best ways to resolve

Rewards and Benefits

  • Conducting and analyzing compensation surveys and implementing them inside of the company 
  • Managing awards and benefits in line with company standards and local legislation

Performance Management

  • Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying any issues; evaluating and implementing selected solution


  • Completes special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions to constantly drive improvement and efficiencies in the company
  • Preparing and conducting training sessions for employees

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in HR area 
  • Knowledge of Labor law and related employment legislation, both in the Czech Republic and preferably globally
  • Fluent in English and Czech (and other language is an advantage)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Detail oriented, team player, service/customer orientated
  • Proactive person who is well organized
  • Passion for HR field, people and social media will help you to excel in this role
