Campaign Manager

Socialbaker’s Performance Marketing team is looking for a hands-on campaign manager champion to join our acquisition team and take our paid marketing efforts to the next level of success. As the company continues to rapidly grow, we are seeking a creative, energetic and methodical professional to join our industry leading Marketing team in Socialbakers Prague office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set-up and run paid Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns with focus on one platform
  • Perform market research and build audiences for targeting
  • Devise and construct ads - from visuals and LPs to copywriting
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and extract valuable insights
  • Perform continuous testing and research to optimize existing creatives and uncover new opportunities
  • Collect data and produce performance reports
  • Work collaboratively with all team members and company stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on experience running successful paid campaigns and its optimization
  • Experience with Google Ads and/or Facebook campaigns is a must
  • Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn and/or Twitter campaigns is a plus
  • Advertising agency background is also a plus, but not a must
  • Thorough understanding of advanced marketing techniques and long sale cycles
  • Native-like English is a must, knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
  • Data-driven, meticulous and well-organized person with a firm statistical understanding
  • Legally eligible to work in the Czech Republic
