Yuval is the Chief Executive Officer at Socialbakers. Yuval brings more than twenty years of business and technology leadership experience as an entrepreneur, senior executive, and executive leader in both private and public companies. Prior to joining Socialbakers in 2017, Yuval served as CTO at Outbrain, the leading content discovery platform, managing a global team of 200 people responsible for serving 1 billion monthly users. Prior to Outbrain, Yuval spent 5 years as CTO at AVG Technologies (NYSE: AVG), where he established AVG's leading position in the mobile security market with 200 million active users to speak for its success. Yuval was also a key member of the leadership team that took the company public in 2012. Earlier in his career, Yuval was the CTO of the cybersecurity company Finjan, where he led six international teams. In the year 2000, he founded the web application security pioneer, Kavado. Yuval is a graduate of Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Israel and a holder of 20 U.S. patents. He is a frequent commentator in the media and speaks regularly on the future of mobile, security, privacy, consumer dynamics, and disruptive innovation.

Martin is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Socialbakers. In his role, he is responsible for business strategy, operations, and finance. Martin is a seasoned entrepreneur, executive, and private equity investor. He brings 20 years of expertise in operational excellence, entrepreneurship and investment. Martin’s approach is a practical one, rooted in his experience building extraordinary businesses from scratch and his deep operational and execution discipline which runs in his DNA. Urgency and focus on results, in plain terms “getting stuff done,” are his driving principles. He also derives lasting satisfaction from succeeding in leadership and enabling others, through assisting and coaching, by helping them grow, learn, and perform their best. Martin resides with his family in San Francisco Bay Area and has lived and worked in London, New York, and Prague.

Jiri is leading strategic relationships with social media channels and product partnerships. Among the founders of Socialbakers, he previously led the entire Socialbakers product organization for over 7 years.

Pavel leads the engineering team. He is a Socialbakers veteran with 13 years experience across a number of key development positions. Pavel is responsible for maintaining the quality of our products while ensuring high levels of productivity using agile development methodology.

Martin oversees product management at Socialbakers. His experience spans across roles in consulting, solution selling, research and core product management. He’s held positions in IBM and Ataccama - based in Singapore, Israel and USA. Martin holds a Masters in Software Engineering, specializing in Information Systems and Management. When not running the race to make Socialbakers’ products smarter, you’ll find Martin training for Ironman triathlons and other ultra endurance events.

Moses is Chief Product Evangelist of Socialbakers. He has 15 years of experience in global software, technology and customer care, with a focus on product development and management. Moses specializes in understanding customers’ perspectives and translating customer challenges into solutions, thereby building greater value into products.

Dagmar leads human resources and people strategy. She brings over 13 years of experience in people strategy and HR business partnership. Dagmar was most recently at Microsoft, where she held the role of HR Lead for the Czech Republic. Prior to that she was at Avery Dennison as HR Director for Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Sales Team


Charles is VP of Asia, based in the Singapore office. For the majority of his professional career Charles has been involved with early stage start-ups and companies transitioning to growth stage across the Asia South region.

Cesar is VP of LATAM. He has over 10 years of sales experience in digital marketing. Cesar previously led a team of digital consultants as Sales Director for UK & EMEA at Experian Hitwise, one of the world’s leading online market intelligence companies.

Damien has over 10 years experience in Digital advertising and Social media strategy, both with large players like Microsoft and fast-growing start-ups. Currently based in Paris, he lived in Milan and in London for a few years. At Socialbakers, Damien is in charge of the UK & Ireland, France & Southern Europe and the Nordics.

Nik is a Socialbakers veteran, with more than 5 years experience across various parts of the business, including developing partnership programs, establishing a professional services team & most recently heading up Socialbakers' global enterprise business. Nik is currently responsible for Socialbakers' business in Benelux, DACH, Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. Before joining Socialbakers, Nik worked for McKinsey and Company. He enjoys social media, exploring the world, running marathons and currently divides his time between Prague, Munich and Dubai.

Mike is the Head of UK at Socialbakers operating from London. He has over 12 years of experience with leading digital marketing companies. Anything related to marketing technology - he has done it. From marketing automation, to web analytics and most recently the social listening space. His passion is creating and growing value-driven relationships with brands worldwide.

Juan Carlos is the Regional Director for Latin America at Socialbakers in Mexico City, where he helps connect social media solutions to businesses. With more than 10 years of international experience, he has built a successful track record of crafting solutions for enterprise customers, helping them define their digital marketing strategies. His previous roles as a Senior Sales Engineer and Product Manager have enabled him to develop a thorough understanding of digital technology and their contribution to customer journeys, communication, and product life cycles.

Alexandra is the Country Manager for Brazil at Socialbakers. With a strong background in marketing and sales, she devoted most of her 18 years of experience to the tech industry. From the emergence of virtual stores to the AI-driven digital technologies of today, she has witnessed it. For the past six years, Alexandra has worked with many talented social media teams in the Latam region in the Director roles for Sales and Services teams.

Jan is a lifelong entrepreneur who established his first business when he was 15. He and his business ventures have come a long way since then. A prolific speaker, Jan appears at over 100 events annually, including LeWeb, Ad:tech and Social Media Week. He has also spoken at high profile institutions such as NATO, Harvard Business School, Stanford University and many others. Jan was featured in the 2015 Forbes 30 Under 30 list.

Jan Hammer is a partner at Index Ventures, an international venture capital firm that backs market-defining companies across all stages, from seed to venture to growth. Jan is particularly interested in financial services disruption and information services across all stages. In addition to Socialbakers, he has worked with entrepreneurs who started Adyen, Credit Benchmark, Collibra, Robinhood and Transferwise. Prior to joining Index, Jan worked for General Atlantic in London and at Morgan Stanley in London and New York. Jan holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD, is a graduate of Oxford University, and works with The Prince's Trust as a business mentor to young startup entrepreneurs.

Jason is General Partner at BlueYard Capital. Prior to BlueYard, he was a Partner at Earlybird Venture Capital where he focused on cloud computing, SaaS, and mobile internet segments. Prior to Earlybird, Jason served in executive and senior management positions in the Telco and IT sectors. Jason is inspired to be able to work with and help founders every day and enthused teaming with entrepreneurs with nonlinear ideas that re-invent markets. Jason holds an M.B.A. and Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Politics, and served as a Technology Advisor to the US Department of State under the Clinton Administration.
