Robert is CEO of Socialbakers. He brings to Socialbakers over 15 years of experience scaling European tech companies across the globe. Robert was most recently at Criteo, where he served as Managing Director and General Manager across a variety of regions and brought the company’s services to a total of over 100 countries. Prior to Criteo, Robert served as the CEO of Result.
Dr. John S. Malatesta
CMO and EVP Telesales & e-Commerce
John is responsible for the full set of marketing, communication and digital disciplines and for the Telesales and e-Commerce channels. He brings over 20 years of experience in SMB and Enterprise software business where he held numerous senior executive positions. John has built and implemented revenue impactful CX, Demand Generation and Tele-Web engines and deployed growth go to market strategic and operational transformation in multiple companies from IBM, to Accenture, Sun Microsystems, Oracle and Kaspersky Lab. John holds a Doctorate in Economics and lives in beautiful Prague.
Simon is VP of Digital, bringing 20 years of marketing and online executive global experience from enterprise software and technology companies. He is a marketing technologist and corporate intrapreneur who has contributed to implement digital demand generation visions at Sun Microsystems and Oracle.
Co-Founder & Chief Innovation Officer
Jiri is leading strategic relationships with social media channels and product partnerships. Among the founders of Socialbakers, he previously led the entire Socialbakers product organization for over 7 years.
David is VP of Engineering, responsible for the entire Socialbakers development team from process design to delivery. He has 7 years of software development and product experience, both hands-on and in management.
VP Corporate Communications
Tim is VP of Corporate Communications and Strategic Relations. He held various leadership positions in Corporate Communications, Government Relations and Corporate Governance at a number of leading technology companies over the last 10 years. He is the go-to contact person for reporters and analysts from all over the world seeking the most accurate data and insights on the social media industry.
Chief Product Evangelist
Moses is Chief Product Evangelist of Socialbakers. He has 15 years of experience in global software, technology and customer care, with a focus on product development and management. Moses specializes in understanding customers’ perspectives and translating customer challenges into solutions, thereby building greater value into products.
Dagmar leads human resources and people strategy. She brings over 13 years of experience in people strategy and HR business partnership. Dagmar was most recently at Microsoft, where she held the role of HR Lead for the Czech Republic. Prior to that she was at Avery Dennison as HR Director for Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Jan leads the legal team with 8+ years of experience from AVG Technologies, a US publicly-listed company on NASDAQ. Having been with AVG from the early days, Jan has been involved in many legal aspects of the fast-growing company’s business. His primary focus is on commercial deals, intellectual property, privacy and product advice.
EVP North America
Matt is EVP of North America, based in the New York office. He brings over 15 years of experience growing enterprise software companies. Most recently, Matt was responsible for building out the east region business for Bazaarvoice. Prior to that he helped grow 29West, now a division of data integration company Informatica.
Charles is VP of Asia, based in the Singapore office. For the majority of his professional career Charles has been involved with early stage start-ups and companies transitioning to growth stage across the Asia South region.
Cesar is VP of LATAM. He has over 10 years of sales experience in digital marketing. Cesar previously led a team of digital consultants as Sales Director for UK & EMEA at Experian Hitwise, one of the world’s leading online market intelligence companies.

Jan is a lifelong entrepreneur who established his first business when he was 15. He and his business ventures have come a long way since then. A prolific speaker, Jan appears at over 100 events annually, including LeWeb, Ad:tech and Social Media Week. He has also spoken at high profile institutions such as NATO, Harvard Business School, Stanford University and many others. Jan was featured in the 2015 Forbes 30 Under 30 list.
Partner, Index Ventures
Jan Hammer is a partner at Index Ventures, an international venture capital firm that backs market-defining companies across all stages, from seed to venture to growth. Jan is particularly interested in financial services disruption and information services across all stages. In addition to Socialbakers, he has worked with entrepreneurs who started Adyen, Credit Benchmark, Collibra, Robinhood and Transferwise. Prior to joining Index, Jan worked for General Atlantic in London and at Morgan Stanley in London and New York. Jan holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD, is a graduate of Oxford University, and works with The Prince's Trust as a business mentor to young startup entrepreneurs.
General Partner BlueYard Capital
Jason is General Partner at BlueYard Capital. Prior to BlueYard, he was a Partner at Earlybird Venture Capital where he focused on cloud computing, SaaS, and mobile internet segments. Prior to Earlybird, Jason served in executive and senior management positions in the Telco and IT sectors. Jason is inspired to be able to work with and help founders every day and enthused teaming with entrepreneurs with non-linear ideas that re-invent markets. Jason holds an M.B.A. and Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Politics, and served as a Technology Advisor to the US Department of State under the Clinton Administration.
