We’ve included in this study all Spanish-speaking countries in Central and South America. However, we’ve excluded Brasil as we would like to cover it in a seperate report. We focused mainly on fan growth, ability to engage fans into interacting with the brand and how the brands use Facebook pages as a customer care channel. In addition to the top-ranked brands, we took a closer look into operators from the Movistar and Claro networks. The data range for the study was December 1 – 31 2012.
