Not to brag, but we are pretty happy. It took us three years to sign up our first thousand clients but we have acquired the second thousand in just twelve months.
This year has been a big year for our team at Socialbakers, and it’s only getting better. Since yesterday, we are very happy to announce that we’ve reached 2000 clients this month, doubling our client base from our first thousand in the past year! This is very exciting for us here at Socialbakers, as we’ve expanded across industries and countries, acquiring numerous high profile clients such as Samsung, LVMH, Discovery, Disney, and Universal. We would like to thank each and every one of you for your continuous support!
“This is a very exciting milestone for Socialbakers. It took us three years to sign up our first thousand clients but we have acquired the second thousand in just twelve months,” Jan Rezab, CEO & Co-Founder of Socialbakers commented. “Now half of the global Fortune 500 companies are using Socialbakers Analytics and telling us the high value it provides to optimize their Social media content, advertising and customer care. With new products in the pipeline we are in a strong position to accelerate our growth and make an even bigger global impact in 2014.”
What’s even more interesting is that we not not only doubled our client base but also our employee base in 2013. What started with only a handful of people in an office, is now a global enterprise. According to Rezab, to realise the vision to become the industry standard for social media marketing measurement & optimization, constant investment in development talent is crucial. “We have doubled our headcount this year, there are now 100 software engineers and an equal amount of client care, marketing and sales representatives in 10 Socialbakers offices worldwide.”
More announcements will be made by our Socialbakers team at #Engage2013, one of the biggest social media marketing conferences of the year, this Thursday in New York. Follow the conference live online at www.engage2013.com and the conversation at #Engage2013!
