It’s been a wild and eventful year in the world of social media marketing, and the same holds true here at Socialbakers. We’ve traveled the world, doubled our clients, spoken at a boatload of events and conferences, invented and reinvented products and features, and all without breaking a sweat. Well…maybe a bit of sweat! But it’s been worth it.

Now, let’s take a look at an overview of our Key Performance Indicators

For our products, it’s been amazing. We transformed our Builder platform with new features, functionality, and a new killer UI. In our Analytics, we added great new features like the KPI Check, Executive Reports, support for Instagram, LinkedIn, and VK, and a nifty mobile app for analytics on the go! On top of that, we added an all-new platform to our product suite, Ad Analytics, our post-boosting and ad management tool!

How We Reached Our Community in 2013

While many of our fans and clients reach out to us everyday, whether in 800,000 visits to our website a month, or through messages on social, we try to reach them where they are. That means traveling across the globe, holding events and get-togethers and conferences in cities from Sao Paolo to Singapore as part of our World Tour and LATAM Tour. And of course, there were the two unforgettable ENGAGE conferences, the first in London, and then second in NYC, which were both tremendously successful experiences.

And What Else?

We also installed our new Command Center, a first-of-its-kind center where the marketing team (including yours truly–in the picture, I’m the one in the purple shirt) can monitor our engagement, content, and analytics in real-time.

The Neil Duo

Plus, we’ve been joined by a duo of Neils––Neil Morgan, CMO, and Neil Weston, COO. Both of them bring a big dose of experience, knowledge, and British humor to our management team.

Worldwide Coverage

Thanks to the efforts of our awesome PR team and our own updates, we’ve raised our profile in the world of social media, appearing in news stories in digital publications all over the web.

The next year will bring more challenges for social media marketers
