There are some pretty awesome innovations running at Facebook since their last week’s introduction. Let’s profile those, which really has the potential to change your page fans’ lives for the better.
Express your live through Timeline social Apps – YES
All your past posts are now in your personal timeline and with as many apps as you want, you can make it personal, omit what you feel is old, unnecessary or unwanted.
Find out in the real time – YES
Ticker enables you to get instant update of your friends’ and fan page’s activity, but what’s more – if you are using Spotify, you can find out what your friends are listening to. Even if they are in the middle of the song, by clicking there, you can listen to the rest of the song with your friend!
Healthier with Lifestyle Apps – YES
With the GPS, and Nike App, you can monitor, how long have you run, what are your greatest achievements and all can be monitored on Facebook, where you can track your monthly results, let’s say.
GraphRank – YES
This new Facebook software can figure out two amazing things: what and when (during the day) are certain events the most interesting to you. This means, that if one of your friend likes the new Vogue picture, it will appear in the Ticker; if 5 of them like it, it should appear in the news feeds.
So what does this mean for page owners? Win engagement of your fans’ friends! Socialbakers will tell you how in only couple of days.
Paying for Facebook – NO
Since the introduction of the Facebook Timeline profiles, new rumors have been spreading out, saying that we have to pay for the new profile and even introducing various untrue membership schemes. One of them is such as this:
"THIS IS OFFICIAL… IT WAS EVEN ON THE NEWS… FACEBOOK WILL START CHARGING DUE TO THE NEW PROFILE CHANGES… IF YOU COPY THIS ON YOUR WALL YOUR ICON WILL TURN BLUE AND FACEBOOK WILL BE FREE FOR YOU. PLEASE PASS THIS MESSAGE ON, IF NOT YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE DELETED IF YOU DO NOT PAY!!”
This is not true. Facebook says it clearly at its homepage: "It’s free and always will be.”
