We're constantly improving the Socialbakers experience, one update at a time! Check out this week's updates below.
With your favorite flexible Content Widget, you can analyze cross-channel content performance by looking at the metrics that are most important to you.
From today, the multi-platform Content Widget has become even more flexible: when selecting the table view, you can now choose the specific metrics you want to analyze. You can select up to 20 metrics, reposition them with drag and drop, or delete any metrics you no longer wish to see. It’s as easy as that!
Want to create a similar Listening query set to an existing one? No need to start from scratch! You can now duplicate a query set and then modify it to fit your new use case.
Click on the three dots next to your Listening query set and select Duplicate. The new duplicated query set is based on the same hashtags, profiles, and settings as your original query, so it’s a great template to work from. The default date is set from Today to Forever, so make sure you adjust the time frame to fit your listening goals.
Make the Listening data gathering more efficient by setting monthly mention limits on individual query sets so they stop collecting data once reaching the cap.
Setting precise mention limits helps regulate your listening queries and it’s an excellent control measure to ensure you’re not reaching the monthly limit with a too broad listening query.
The monthly mention limit is turned off by default. To turn it on, head over to the query wizard’s summary section, where you can set a custom mentions cap up to a maximum of 20,000, and you’re ready to go.
