Key Responsibilities

Leverage brand awareness in the region and develop regional interest for the Socialbakers product

  • Customer case studies - acquire quotes and success stories from clients
  • Content - produce local news and key trends over blogs and video to be distributed via corporate social channels and website
  • Email marketing - local newsletters (product, PR, events, thought leadership)
  • Public relations - support HQ in Prague with regional topics and reach
  • Localization - support paid advertising with keywords, Ad copy, trend report
  • Influencer marketing - outreach and engagement for content production (videos, webinars, blogs, mentions)
  • Events - production of internal events and identify relevant 3rd party events in the region
  • Online events - lead regional webinars with sales people. Leverage HQ content

Acquire new target buyers in the region

  • Identify key contacts by leveraging internal tools
  • Identify where and who would be best connecting with the targets
  • Reach out, via digital or events, to the targets to connect
  • Direct approach of prospects via different channels
  • Create Account specific smart content
  • Introduce Email cadences and programs
  • Produce smart ABM content

Acquire knowledge, alignment & coordination between Marketing HQ teams and Regional Sales to identify new opportunities, challenges and improvement areas

  • Track local digital marketing and social media news (by competitors and brands)
  • Identify trends in the region via HQ data analysis and feedback form
  • Participate in product training and webinars for the region
  • Join competitive intelligence programs and contribute with a regional view
  • Work in close collaboration with HQ and field marketing teams, regional sales managements as well as Sales Global practice teams to create strategic alignment

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 years + marketing experience, preferably in SaaS and/or B2B
  • Socialbakers is not a start-up, we are in the stage of aggressive expansion, with an increasing appetite from enterprise brands across the region, we understand our solutions, we understand the market appetite, but we love to be challenged to learn, we are looking for someone who will challenge
  • This role requires hands-on execution, you’ll be a team of 1, with amazing support from the local Dubai sales team and the global HQ marketing team
  • Languages: English and Arabic are a must-have (both verbal and written), additional languages are a plus
