With the exponential growth of valuable content displayed on social media, the appetite for Socialbakers solutions has never been more apparent. Since 2018 Socialbakers has grown from a small start up to an internationally recognized partner for the top Fortune 500 companies spread across 15 locations world-wide. To continue on our expansion mission and keep up with the market demand, Socialbakers is expanding its SMB Customer Success Management team based in our Prague office.

SMB Customer Success Manager is responsible for successfully selling and delivering the Socialbakers value proposition to our existing SMB clients within given portfolio and region. Clients will consist of brands, companies, as well as media and agencies.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain an excellent relationship with current clients, especially with the buyer persona in the client’s organization
  • Develop this relationship, so your clients renew their current agreement with Socialbakers and derive more value by using more of the current purchased product, and/or another product from the Socialbakers platform
  • Serve as a brand enthusiast for Socialbakers' suite of products and solutions
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing and Technology departments to execute sales strategy as the firm introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company's values, unique culture, and vision for the future
  • Ensure Client Engagement on dedicated client portfolio throughout the full client lifecycle
  • Execute a high quality “success plan” (growth plan) on dedicated accounts aimed at adoption of the service & allowing the clients to drive the value based on their main use-case (workflow)
  • Act as the single point of accountability for adoption of the Socialbakers Suite across given portfolio and responsible for Renewals & Upsells
  • Strive for success across key indicators for CSM, which are exceptional Retention (Renewals), Net Retention (Renewals + Upsells) and Suite adoption

Skills/Qualifications

  • Proficient English is required
  • Background in a web technology, custom solutions (agency), online media or innovative online product environment (experience in SaaS / Digital is a plus)
  • Great organizational skills and ability to build & maintain long-term valuable client relationships
  • Consultative approach and experience in selling and delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proactive approach when expanding within the client’s organization
  • Experience in working with C-level (business owners, marketers, and executives)
  • Superior communications skills and exceptional closing skills
  • Active listening, empathy, persuasion skills
  • A sharp focus on your goals and the ability to advance the vision of the department
  • Technical acumen, persistence, great work ethic and competitive drive to be the best
