Senior Recruiter for Global Sales & Marketing

To continue on our expansion mission and keep up with the market demand, Socialbakers is expanding its recruitment team based in Prague.

Our recruitment team focuses on Sales & Marketing and Engineering hiring globally. We are looking to strengthen our global Sales & Marketing hiring capacity to help to accelerate our growth. You will be located at our unique industrial offices in Prague Karlin, where we frequently host interesting speakers, external and internal events and conferences and where our product is developed. The environment is very multicultural, having employees from different parts of the world and we truly enjoy our diverse environment!

Key Responsibilities

  • Your main task will be to bring the best possible talent for our Sales and Marketing teams located all around the world
  • You will manage the whole recruitment cycle – from planning and opening, through screening, interviews, till closing the role
  • You will source and attract candidates through any creative means possible
  • Our Hiring Managers will rely on you to give them a hand, advice and expertise in all recruitment related matters
  • And in return, you can rely on our great cooperation and internal support to make you successful
  • You will cooperate with recruitment agencies globally to ensure productive partnership and good ROI 
  • In data we trust, so you will also put your analytical skills in use – we like our judgement but like the data behind even more
  • And of course, there are plenty of opportunities to participate in recruitment or any other HR projects, including those you will come up with yourself

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with a full recruitment cycle
  • Experience with an in-house recruitment role is highly desirable, any agency experience is welcome 
  • Passion for HR Marketing and Social Media 
  • Having results driven seller mindset and proven experience working with people of similar nature and know how to help them to be successful in what they do
  • Experience working at a global scale 
  • Fluent level of English 
  • Enjoying to win others over, start conversations and connect with people easily 
  • Flexibility and resilience to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ready to experiment and try new ways of working
